Potencial de valorización sostenida a mediano y largo plazo. Solo un máximo de 88 coleccionistas-inversores podrán acceder, a lo largo de 22 años, a LINGOTES DE ARTE – ESCULTURAS DE ORO FINO: cuatro obras seleccionadas anualmente por Arbiza, en edición única 1/1, con un valor base que se incrementará como mínimo un 25% anual, más un 20%, 50%, 100% o, de forma excepcional, hasta un 150% adicional en oro macizo de 24 kilates, a elección del coleccionista.
Cada obra integra dos activos históricamente asociados a la preservación y creación de patrimonio: el arte y el oro.
Por un lado, la trayectoria de un artista con identidad propia, producción limitada y una visión estética singular. Por otro, el oro macizo de 24 kilates, uno de los materiales más valorados por las civilizaciones a lo largo de la historia como símbolo de permanencia, prestigio y resguardo de valor.
La valorización potencial de cada pieza no se sustenta únicamente en ser de oro de 24 kilates, sino también en la progresiva escasez de la producción de Arbiza y en la consolidación de su trayectoria artística a lo largo del tiempo.
El coleccionista posee simultáneamente dos dimensiones que convergen:
Una obra de arte.
Un activo material de valor internacionalmente reconocido.
Dos dimensiones destinadas a evolucionar en paralelo hasta transformarse en patrimonio.
SOBRE EL AUTOR
Desde hace más de veinte años, Mauro Arbiza desarrolla una trayectoria independiente, construida sin concursos ni circuitos tradicionales.
Ese recorrido le permitió vivir plenamente de su arte y crear su propio espacio en Pueblo Garzón, Uruguay, donde sus obras pueden adquirirse exclusivamente.
Su obra se caracteriza por una producción cada vez más selectiva y por una filosofía clara:
"Solo pocos tendrán un Arbiza."
Hoy esa visión alcanza su máxima expresión con Lingotes de Arte, una colección destinada a coleccionistas e inversores que buscan piezas únicas, auténticas y concebidas para trascender generaciones.
Una propuesta dirigida a coleccionistas-inversores que buscan piezas únicas respaldadas por autenticidad, trazabilidad y un compromiso de crecimiento sostenido.
¿CÓMO FUNCIONA?
Cada 20 de diciembre se presentarán cuatro nuevas obras.
Los integrantes de Lingotes de Arte tendrán prioridad de compra desde el 15 de diciembre, seguidos por los actuales coleccionistas de Arbiza y luego por nuevos compradores.
Valor base inicial (2025): USD 16.000, al que se adicionará el porcentaje de oro elegido.
Al reservar la obra, se fija la cotización diaria del oro y el gramaje correspondiente. Cualquier diferencia de peso al finalizar la pieza será ajustada en el saldo final.
Cada obra contará con:
Certificado de autenticidad.
Certificación del metal.
Maqueta en bronce o versión ampliada en fibra de carbono.
Derecho excepcional a escalar la obra una única vez a cualquier tamaño, abonando el valor vigente de las obras de Arbiza.
EXCLUSIVIDAD
Máximo de 88 obras en toda la historia del proyecto.
Todas las piezas serán únicas (1/1).
No existirán segundas ediciones de Lingotes de Arte o similares.
Las obras no adquiridas permanecerán en el patrimonio familiar del artista.
No habrá descuentos bajo ninguna circunstancia.
El programa solo podrá modificarse con la aprobación unánime de todos los coleccionistas de Lingotes de Arte.
PROPIEDAD Y TRAZABILIDAD
Cada coleccionista adquiere:
La escultura en oro fino (o en la aleación elegida por el coleccionista).
Maqueta en bronce o versión ampliada en fibra de carbono.
Certificado de autenticidad.
Certificación del metal utilizado.
Además, accede a un derecho excepcional: la posibilidad de escalar (por única vez) la obra a cualquier dimensión, asumiendo el precio de mercado de las obras de Arbiza.
Los derechos de imagen permanecerán siempre en poder del artista.
NOTAS
Las maquetas se realizarán inicialmente en bronce como muestra. Confirmado el pedido, la obra será producida en oro y la maqueta en bronce pasará a ser propiedad del coleccionista.
En función de la demanda, Arbiza podrá adelantar lanzamientos previstos para años futuros, respetando en todos los casos el valor mínimo que corresponda a cada obra según el roadmap y la política de valorización establecidos en el programa (básicamente aumenta 25% cada 4 obras).
La serie podrá incluir obras ARBISSONE, realizadas por Mauro Arbiza a partir de dibujos de Roque Ardissone.
Prioridad de adquisición:
En primer lugar, los coleccionistas de Lingotes de Arte.
En segundo lugar, los coleccionistas que ya posean obras de Arbiza.
En tercer lugar, los nuevos coleccionistas.
Si un coleccionista quiere invertir un valor más alto, se tomará siempre la relación 1-1,5 (1 parte de arte / 1,5 parte de oro).
El creador procurará la diversificación de los tenedores de Lingotes de Arte, evitando su concentración en pocas manos, con el objetivo de promover un crecimiento sólido y equilibrado.
En el mercado secundario, cada propietario tendrá plena libertad para fijar el valor de venta de su obra, conforme a la evolución y dinámica natural del mercado.
Arbiza mantendrá en su espacio de Garzón una colección permanente de muestras en resina 3D de todas las obras pertenecientes a Lingotes de Arte, con el objetivo de exhibir la colección completa. Estas muestras no tendrán valor comercial.
FACTURACIÓN
La operación se realizará mediante dos facturas independientes.
Arbiza emitirá una factura correspondiente al valor base artístico de la obra (USD 16.000 en el primer año), que incluirá la maqueta en bronce o la versión ampliada en fibra de carbono, así como los costos de diseño y producción del oro, bronce y/o fibra de carbono.
El orfebre, vendedor del oro, emitirá una factura independiente (oro fino sin IVA) directamente al coleccionista, exclusivamente por el valor del oro de la obra. La transacción se hará directamente entre ambas partes, coordinada por Mauro Arbiza.
COMPROMISO
Lingotes de Arte no es simplemente una colección.

Not Everyone Will Own an Arbiza in Gold.
Only 88 Pure 24-Karat Gold sculptures. Four sculptures per year over the course of twenty-two years.
A Unique Opportunity for Long-Term Appreciation
Over a period of twenty-two years, no more than 88 collector-investors will have the opportunity to acquire an Art Ingot – Pure 24-Karat Gold Sculpture.
Each year, Mauro Arbiza will release only four original sculptures, each created as a unique 1/1 edition.
The artistic base value of each new release will increase by a minimum of 25% every four works released, with collectors having the option to incorporate an additional 20%, 50%, 100%, or, in exceptional cases, up to 150% in pure 24-karat gold.
Each sculpture unites two assets that have historically represented the foundation of enduring wealth:
Fine Art.
Pure 24-karat Gold.
On one side stands the work of an artist with a distinctive identity, limited production, and a singular artistic vision.
On the other stands pure 24-karat gold—one of history's most treasured materials, recognized across civilizations as a symbol of permanence, prestige, and enduring value.
The potential appreciation of every sculpture is supported not only by its intrinsic gold content, but also by the increasing scarcity of Arbiza's production and the continued recognition of his artistic legacy over time.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
For more than two decades, Mauro Arbiza has pursued an independent artistic career, built outside traditional competitions and conventional art-market channels.
This path has allowed him to dedicate himself entirely to his art while establishing his own gallery in Pueblo Garzón, Uruguay, where his works are available exclusively.
His artistic practice is defined by an increasingly selective production and a simple philosophy:
"Only a few will own an Arbiza."
Today, that philosophy reaches its highest expression through Art Ingots—a collection created for collectors and investors seeking exceptional works conceived to preserve value and endure for generations.
Art Ingots is designed for collector-investors who value authenticity, traceability, exclusivity, and a long-term commitment to appreciation.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Every December 20, four new sculptures will be unveiled.
Members of Art Ingots will enjoy exclusive purchase priority beginning on December 15, followed by existing Arbiza collectors and, finally, new collectors.
Initial Artistic Base Value (2025): USD $16,000, plus the percentage of gold selected by the collector.
At the time of reservation, the daily market price of gold and the corresponding gold weight will be fixed.
Any adjustment resulting from the final weight of the completed sculpture will be reflected in the remaining balance due.
Each sculpture includes:
* Certificate of Authenticity
* Precious Metal Certification
* A bronze maquette or enlarged carbon-fiber version
* The exclusive lifetime right to reproduce the sculpture at any scale, on one occasion only, by paying the prevailing market value of Arbiza's artwork.EXCLUSIVITY
Only 88 sculptures will ever be created under the Art Ingots program.
Every piece will be a one-of-one (1/1) original.
There will never be second editions, reproductions, or successor collections comparable to Art Ingots.
Any sculpture that remains unacquired will become part of the artist's permanent family collection.
No discounts or price reductions will be offered under any circumstances.
The terms of the Art Ingots program may only be amended with the unanimous consent of every Art Ingots collector.
OWNERSHIP & TRACEABILITY
Each collector acquires:
* A sculpture crafted in pure 24-karat gold (or in the alloy selected by the collector).
* A bronze maquette or an enlarged carbon-fiber version.
* A Certificate of Authenticity.
* Official certification of the precious metal used in the sculpture.
In addition, each collector receives an exceptional privilege:
The one-time right to reproduce the sculpture at any scale by paying the prevailing market value of Arbiza's artwork at the time of the request.
All image rights, copyrights, and intellectual property associated with the artwork shall remain the exclusive property of the artist at all times.
NOTES
Each sculpture will initially be created as a bronze maquette for presentation and approval.
Once the commission is confirmed, the final sculpture will be produced in gold, and the bronze maquette will become the permanent property of the collector.
Depending on demand, Mauro Arbiza reserves the right to advance releases originally scheduled for future years.
In every case, the minimum artistic value established in the official roadmap and appreciation policy will be strictly respected, with a minimum increase of 25% every four sculptures released.
The Art Ingots collection may also include ARBISSONE works, created by Mauro Arbiza from original drawings by Roque Ardissone.
Acquisition Priority
Priority to acquire new releases will always follow this order:
Members of the Art Ingots program.
Existing collectors of Mauro Arbiza's artwork.
New collectors.
Should a collector wish to invest beyond the standard acquisition value, the established 1:1.5 ratio will always apply:
One part artistic value to one-and-a-half parts gold.
To strengthen the long-term value and stability of the collection, the artist will actively encourage a diversified ownership structure, avoiding excessive concentration of Art Ingots within a small number of collectors whenever possible.
Within the secondary market, each owner shall have complete freedom to determine the resale price of their sculpture according to prevailing market conditions and the natural evolution of the artist's market.
Mauro Arbiza will maintain, at his gallery in Pueblo Garzón, a permanent exhibition of high-quality 3D resin replicas representing every sculpture belonging to the Art Ingots collection.
These exhibition pieces are intended solely for display purposes and shall have no commercial value.BILLING
The transaction will be completed through two separate invoices.
Mauro Arbiza will issue an invoice corresponding to the artistic base value of the sculpture (USD $16,000 during the first year).
This invoice will include:
* The bronze maquette or enlarged carbon-fiber version.
* The design and production costs associated with the sculpture, including gold, bronze, and/or carbon-fiber elements.
The master goldsmith, as the seller of the gold, will issue a separate invoice directly to the collector for the value of the gold contained in the sculpture.
This invoice will correspond exclusively to the pure gold component and will be issued free of VAT where applicable.
The gold transaction will be conducted directly between the collector and the gold supplier, coordinated by Mauro Arbiza.
COMMITMENT
